MathSlip products are digital goods delivered instantly. If a purchase didn't work as described — the report failed to unlock, content failed to load, or you were charged twice — email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
Email sodasat.hq@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, including the approximate purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Because reports and training sets are consumed on viewing, we may decline refunds where the content was fully accessed and worked as described, or where refund requests are repeated and abusive. We're reasonable — if something felt wrong, tell us and we'll make it right.
